710 Ashbury is a four-piece Grateful Dead tribute out of Helena, Montana — Tim Borsberry on drums, John Chart on guitar, Chris Heisel on bass and Eric McEwen on keys — all long-standing players in the Helena music scene. They treat improvisation, not reproduction, as the point, aiming at the spirit of a live Dead show rather than the records. They play across Montana, including Miller's Crossing and the Lewis & Clark Tap Room in Helena and Pine Creek Lodge outside Livingston.
