A Bear's Choice

A Bear's Choice is the Grateful Dead and Jerry Garcia project of guitarist-vocalist Dave Hebert, who goes by Dave A'Bear and plays guitar in Melvin Seals & JGB. A Manitou Springs native now based in Denver, Hebert fills the band out with rotating guests pulled from other bands around the country, so the lineup changes show to show. Sets stay close to the Garcia tone and feel while folding in Hebert's own material and covers of other artists.
