Alligator Wine

Alligator Wine formed in St. Louis in 2016 after an impromptu Jerry Garcia birthday show threw members of local bands The Scandaleros and Vitamen A onstage together. The one-off turned into a full Grateful Dead band in a city that already had several, and the current lineup still draws from working St. Louis groups. They play two high-energy sets of Dead and Jerry tunes built on vocal harmonies, most often at the Broadway Oyster Bar.
