Caltucky

Caltucky is an instrumental jamgrass band from Northern California, formed in 2023 around the brothers Howard and named a Showcase Artist by the California Bluegrass Association. The sets mix bluegrass standards with originals that pull from Americana, rock, jazz, and the brothers' classical training, played fast and precisely enough that rooms dance and stare at the same time. Dead-adjacent rather than a Dead band, and a natural fit for the Steal Your Monday comedown.
