Dead Set Florida formed in Tampa Bay in 2017 around Christian Walker on bass and vocals, Paul Wolff on lead guitar, Tucker Waud on keys, and Mike Garrie on drums and vocals, playing the Grateful Dead, the Jerry Garcia Band, and related favorites. Most of the calendar is free: breweries and beach bars from St. Petersburg to Sarasota, Skipper's Smokehouse in Tampa, and a December theater show in Gulfport. They headline Deafstock at Farm of Dreams in Brooksville each spring.
