Jerry's Dead

Jerry's Dead is an Asheville, North Carolina quartet that narrows its focus to the songs Jerry Garcia sang, drawing on a repertoire of more than 150 tunes from the Grateful Dead, the Jerry Garcia Band and Garcia's acoustic work with David Grisman. The group is anchored by Tim Marsh and has included Lee Kram on drums, Gus Vigo on keys and Dan Pederson on bass, all singing. They hold a weekly Thursday evening residency at French Broad River Brewery in Asheville and play Western North Carolina rooms including the Grey Eagle and 185 King Street in Brevard, often splitting a night into an acoustic set and an electric set.
