Jerry's Tone

Jerry's Tone is a Metro Detroit tribute to the Jerry Garcia Band, led by guitarist Matthew Cole and featuring members of Raising the Dead. The rotating cast of Michigan players has included Joseph Waldecker on drums, Dave Levy on keys, John Lyle on bass, Philip Nathan on guitar and Shannon Lee on vocals. They hold a free monthly residency on second Thursdays at Bowlero Lanes & Lounge in Royal Oak and turn up in suburban rooms like the Sardine Room in Plymouth.
