Suggesting Rhythm

Suggesting Rhythm is a six-piece Grateful Dead tribute band from Richmond, Virginia, founded in 2015 by Steve Barnard, Ed Bray, Noel Burton, Adam Drudge, David Oakley and Jeff Rothman. They play the Dead's own songs alongside the covers the band absorbed across its thirty-year run, delivered with their own style rather than as note-for-note recreation. The group is a fixture of the RVA scene, working rooms like The Broadberry and Hardywood Park Craft Brewery, and tours regionally through Virginia.
