Sunshine Daydream

Sunshine Daydream formed in Springfield, Illinois in 2013 and plays Grateful Dead and Jerry Garcia Band material at a deliberately high-energy, up-tempo clip. The lineup is Chris Jensen and Andy Hoff on guitars and vocals, Mike Tasch on keyboards, Brad Beneky on bass, Kyle Cottingham on drums and Olivia Tasch on vocals. They have worked through hundreds of songs in the Dead repertoire and mix in Allman Brothers, Phish and Widespread Panic covers, building sets meant to land with both Deadheads and casual listeners. They tour central and downstate Illinois rooms from Peoria and Urbana to Carbondale.
