The Dead Reckoning

The Dead Reckoning is a Roanoke, Virginia band founded in 2016 by working Virginia musicians who play the music of the Grateful Dead. They came up as local demand for Dead music outgrew the occasional one-off, and they have been a regular presence at 5 Points Music Sanctuary on Maple Avenue SW in Roanoke since 2017, including the venue's anniversary throwdowns. They work the southwest Virginia circuit rather than touring widely.
