The Deadgummits

The Deadgummits are an Americana 'porch pickin' jam band from Tulsa, Oklahoma, led by husband-and-wife Rex Langley (electric guitar, vocals) and Heather Polizzi Langley (mandolin, washboard, vocals). The full group runs eight or nine deep — Shug Morrow on harmonicas, Stuart Blake on five-string banjo, Bryan Jenkins on bass, Andrea Kyle on keys, Damon Daniel on percussion and Steve Andrest on electric guitar — and they also work as the smaller Dead Gum Trio and Dead Gum Quartet. They pack a van for breweries, festivals and community rooms across Oklahoma, Missouri, Wisconsin and Nevada, including Brut Hotel's Slow Burn Sundays in Tulsa and a Shakedown Vegas debut.
