The Mystery Train Band

The Mystery Train Band came together in western Connecticut in the fall of 2023 as a Jerry Garcia Band project — the solo material, the covers, and the long grooves of Garcia's side band — and has played regularly since, from BRYAC in Bridgeport's Black Rock and Notch8 in Bethel to VFW halls in Westport and a Larchmont wine bar across the state line. A Jerry Garcia tribute benefit and a Thanksgiving-week Jerry show anchor the fall.
