The Stolen Faces

The Stolen Faces have been covering the Grateful Dead's expansive catalog out of Nashville since 2014, with a core of Christian Grizzard on bass and vocals, Packy Lundholm and Jeff Malinowski on guitars and vocals, Matt Martin on drums and John Wallum on keys and vocals, plus a rotating cast of Nashville session and touring players. They chase the energy and spontaneity of the real thing rather than fixed arrangements, and never play a song the same way twice. Their anchor is Grateful Monday, a weekly free show at ACME Feed & Seed on Broadway, and they post live recordings to the Internet Archive.
