Alex Jordan is a Marin-based multi-instrumentalist who runs two of the Bay Area's most reliable Dead hangs: Grateful Thursdays at Club Fox in Redwood City — billed as the best Dead jam in the Bay — and Dead at the Junction, a free, all-ages evening in the beer garden at The Junction in Mill Valley on the last Tuesday of the month through the warm months. Lineups rotate, guests are the point, and full-show recreations turn up from time to time.
