Baked Alaska

Baked Alaska comes out of Paramus, New Jersey, blending the Grateful Dead's energy with a harder-driving style of its own. They work North Jersey's bars, summer concert series, and Sunday-afternoon outdoor shows — QB's in Dumont, the Tenafly concert series, the Jersey Shore's Spicy Cantina.
