Intimate 260-seat theater in downtown Bay Shore, built in 1929 as the Regent movie house. Ran as the YMCA Boulton Center from 2003, closed during the pandemic, and reopened in November 2023 under the nonprofit Great South Bay Arts and Entertainment Foundation.
